Tried for over 45 minutes to speak with a human and finally gave up. I got a bill for $754 and we have solar so that totally doesn’t make sense. I will have to try again when I’m not so angry and see if I have better luck.

As far as I can determine in the general well populated area in which I live, SCE has no customer service office and only takes calls on an emergency basis. The only way to open an account is online. All of which is irksome. More so considering the company is apparently one of the companies behind and effort to legislate another fee of $24 or more for every CA ratepayer to offset losses created by their own doing. They apparently own too much of our legislature.

I had to call them for hours and hours never got threw I have a disconnected notice and need to speak with a representative now they may disconnect my service ...poor customer service

Ernesto the representative whom I finally got to speak to was amazing. He was empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient. But that was after navigating a web site that informed me my bill was not available even though I had received an email telling me it was. I then called six different telephone numbers that gave me the same recorded messages that were useless. This is the second month of calls. Last month I was told to call back this month. My bill is already 3 times what it was before I installed Solar. This company is now gouging their customers in an effort to recoup what it is losing to Solar. Disgusting that this government allows this price groudging
