A Edison employee came into my work and was very rude with my co workers and demanded that service be given instead of complying with the rules of business and started making issue for customer service. He then called to make a complaint with HR of southern California Edison against my mangers action of following the rules of protocol, he then stated that he done this several times and then to just give him the request of the vehicle with out information given nor and information from Southern California Edison.Then Edison figured out that they have to set up information before Edison employees come in for service
